• Visible text content on the currently active tab (only after user action)
• User-selected preferences (e.g., voice, speed, highlight style) stored locally

We do not access your browsing history, passwords, personal files, or any other tabs.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the accessed content strictly for the purpose of:

• Reading webpage text aloud using AI-generated voices
• Synchronizing visual word highlighting with speech playback
• Storing and applying your local reading preferences

We do not collect, store, or sell any personal data. No analytics or tracking scripts are used.

3. Text-to-Speech Handling

If the extension uses a backend service (such as Deepgram or ElevenLabs) to generate speech:

• The raw text may be sent to that service solely to generate audio
